What will I receive?
The Parent Care Handoff Kit is a 24-page fillable PDF organizer. The free 15-Minute Family Readiness Check is a separate four-page fillable PDF. Both are digital downloads; no binder, tablet, or printed item is included.
How do I get my PDF?
After checkout and, for paid orders, successful payment, you will receive an email with a download link. Use an email address you can access. If the message is missing, check spam and promotions folders, then contact us with your order number.
Can I type into it or print it?
Yes. Save the PDF to your device, then open it in a PDF reader that supports fillable forms. Test one field, save, and reopen your copy before adding more information. You can also print the pages and write by hand. PDF form support varies by browser and mobile app.
Do I need to complete everything at once?
No. Start with the details your family needs most and complete the rest as you go. The time estimates in the product names are starting points, not deadlines; the time needed depends on the information you already have.
Do I upload my completed organizer?
No. You fill in your own saved copy. Share it only with people the person receiving care has agreed should have the information, and keep digital and printed copies secure. Do not record passwords, PINs, Social Security numbers, or full account numbers.
Can this replace legal documents or medical instructions?
No. It is an organization tool. It does not replace professional advice, emergency services, signed legal documents, or instructions from a treating clinician. Verify care information with the appropriate professional.
