About these terms

These terms describe purchases and use of digital products from One Place Ready. Questions about an order or these terms can be sent to stephenkeith350@gmail.com.

Products and delivery

Our products are downloadable PDFs. No physical goods or subscription are included unless a product listing expressly says otherwise. Read the product description before ordering, including its format, contents, and price.

You need a device and a PDF reader that supports fillable forms to fill in a PDF digitally. You may also print the pages. Compatibility can vary by app or device. Save a copy of the file before entering information.

Use an email address you can access when checking out. After checkout and successful payment for paid products, download access is delivered according to our Digital Delivery policy.

Prices, payments, and refunds

The checkout displays the order total and any applicable taxes before you pay. Product prices may change for future orders; changes do not alter a completed purchase.

Our Return and Refund Policy provides a full refund for the Parent Care Handoff Kit when requested within 7 calendar days of purchase, including after downloading. That policy also explains support for duplicate purchases and problems with files. Applicable consumer rights are preserved.

Personal and family use

Your purchase permits personal and family use. You may keep backup copies, print pages, and share a completed organizer with relatives or care helpers as appropriate and with the care recipient's consent or other lawful authority.

You may not resell, sublicense, publicly distribute, or offer the blank templates as your own product. Buying a copy does not transfer ownership of the underlying template content.

Information you record

The organizer helps record information you supply. You are responsible for checking that information and keeping it current. Store completed copies securely and share only the information needed with the intended people. Do not send us your completed organizer or sensitive family records for support.

These products provide general organization tools. They do not provide medical, legal, financial, insurance, or emergency advice, replace a professional's instructions, or grant legal authority to act for another person. Contact an appropriate professional or local emergency service when needed.

Store use and privacy

Do not misuse the store, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful activity. Our Privacy Policy explains how information collected through the store is handled.

Updates and contact

We may update these terms for future purchases. Changes do not remove rights attached to an order you already placed. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that apply under law.
