Seven-day satisfaction refunds

If the Parent Care Handoff Kit is not right for you, email stephenkeith350@gmail.com within 7 calendar days of purchase to request a full refund. Include your order number or the email used at checkout. You do not need to give a reason, and downloading the PDF does not exclude you from this guarantee.

One Place Ready sells digital downloads. No physical product is shipped and nothing needs to be mailed back. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method; your bank or payment provider determines when the credit appears.

For a duplicate purchase, missing download, damaged file, or a file that does not work as described, contact the same address so we can help or arrange an appropriate refund. Do not send a completed organizer, identity documents, account numbers, or sensitive family information when asking for support.

After a refund, please stop using the refunded kit and delete your copies. The free readiness check has no purchase charge to refund.

This policy does not limit any consumer rights that apply under law.
